2- Activate Once the program is selected and paid for, Addiuva works on activating your account.
3- Request Service Our Omnichannel Customer Engagement Centre by Addiuva answers your requests received through a customized and dedicated: Call center Phone line iOS/Android App Whatsapp
4- Assign and fulfill the request Within minutes we will contact our exclusive and extensive network of certified providers and proceed with scheduling and confirming the service appointment.
5- Monitor and Survey Addiuva implements transparency in service fulfillment allowing our agents to monitor and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
The entire journey is monitored and logged and can be audited by our Quality Teams, from the initial request up to the customer satisfaction survey.
